Vendor Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Vendor Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Knotentials Vendor Portal (“Platform”).

By registering as a vendor or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Vendor Eligibility

You represent that you are legally permitted to operate a business and provide the services you list on Knotentials.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations related to your offerings.

3. Vendor Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your profile up to date.

4. Listings, Content, and Visibility

Vendors may upload content such as business descriptions, pricing, images, and portfolio materials (“Vendor Content”).

You retain ownership of your Vendor Content, but grant Knotentials a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your listings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your services, pricing, or qualifications
• Upload misleading, infringing, or unlawful content
• Solicit users outside the Platform in violation of policies
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or analytics
• Use the Platform for spam, fraud, or abusive behavior

6. Payments and Transactions

Knotentials may facilitate introductions, inquiries, or transactions between vendors and users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Knotentials is not a party to agreements formed between vendors and users and is not responsible for fulfillment, disputes, or refunds.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Platform or its users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, visibility, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knotentials shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knotentials operates.
